Main Display Screen
When T Minus & Counting... launches you will see a digital clock very similar to the above image. Simply tap the screen to bring up the options menu shown below.
Main Options Menu
The main options menu will allow you to set display features and T. T is the time that the countdown ends. So T Minus 20 seconds is a description of now if T is 20 seconds into the future.

Alerts/Alarms: Opens Alerts/Alarms Option Menu.
Set LED Color: Opens the LED Color Option Menu
Analog Display: Press Clock to display the current time in the analog clock on the Main Display Screen. Press T- to display the countdown time in the analog clock on the Main Display Screen.
Digital Display: Press Clock to display the current time in the digital clock on the Main Display Screen. Press T- to display the countdown time in the digital clock on the Main Display Screen.
Disable Display Sleep: The iPhone will sleep after a few minutes to save battery power. T Minus & Counting... will not function while the iPhone is asleep. To use T Minus & Counting... as an alarm this needs to be turned to on.
Military Time: This will display the time in 24 hour military notation. This has no effect on the countdown timer or the analog display.
Set T = 0 (Countdown End Time): Opens a window with options to set the T = 0 time or the date and time that the countdown timer will count down to. Setting this to a future date will display as T- time, while setting this to a past date will display as a T+ time.
Note: Setting this time will override any previous times set with the Set T = 0 or Set T - Time Buttons.
Set T - Time (Countdown Duration): Opens a window with options to set the T - Time or the duration of the countdown timer.

The alerts and alarms options menu will allow you to set the alarm, announcement, and snooze options.

Alarm is Alarm: Sets the alarm to a buzzer.
Alarm is Music: Sets the alarm to music in your iTunes library. Please select a song with the Pick Song Button.
Pick Song: Opens a screen prompting you to pick a song from your iTunes library.
Off: No announcements will be played
Progressive: Announcements will be made every twenty seconds for the last five minutes, every minute for the last fifteen minutes, and every five minutes for the last hour.
Every 20 Seconds: Announcements will be made every twenty seconds for the last hour of countdown time.
Off: No Alarm will Play.
2 Mins: The Alarm will play. Touch the screen to activate the snooze. It will snooze for two minutes and then the alarm will repeat.
5 Mins: Same as 2 Mins, but for five minutes.
10 Mins: Same as 2 Mins, but for ten minutes.
On: The Alarm will play. Touching the screen will stop the alarm and no snooze will be set.

LED Color Option Menu
This menu lets you set the display color using sliders for red, green, and blue values.
